First Braces Appointment
Your first braces appointment is an exciting time! You have made the decision to improve your smile and self confidence, so what comes next? The first time you come to our office is your initial consultation. This first visit allows you to meet our team and establish a relationship. We will give you a tour of the office before starting a comprehensive exam. During this time, we will assess your smile and individual treatment needs. We will take x-rays of your teeth, determine a treatment plan customized to your smile, and discuss financial information. We can also answer any questions regarding insurance and payment plans at this time.

After your initial consultation, it’s time to place your new braces! The type of braces you receive depends on the treatment options we discuss in your consultation. This appointment typically takes about an hour, and then you’ll be on your way! At Gray Orthodontics, your comfort is our priority.
